Mr. Agarwal was born in a Joint family, well known as Pannalal Group in a small town of Kothagudem, in Telangana, India. A Graduate from the prestigious Badruka college of commerce in Hyderabad, Mahesh started his business career under the able guidance of his father Late Shri Omprakash Agarwal who spearheaded Pannalal Group in Kothagudem. He established a trading firm Shree Shyam Enterprises, that deals in refractory material, ferrous and non-ferrous metals. He further expanded his trading business to purchasing and dismantling of industrial units. In 1998 Mr. Agarwal ventured into Pearls and Jewellery business. He steered his business from 1 million to 1750 million and expanded business across India. He further forayed into Real estate, in 2010, partnering with Shaikh Jaani Bhai, a local real estate player and successfully completed multiple projects at Kothagudem and Khammam under DTCP, Gram panchayat layouts.
Mr. Mahesh established AADHAAR BUILDERS AND INFRASTRUCTURE LLP to complete his envisioned dream of providing a complete solution to residential needs of new India.
Mr. Shaikh Jaani Bhai is a down to earth personality and a reputed business tycoon at Khammam known for his social network. He believes in the philosophy that we reap what we sow. Born to a farmer family at Kodumuru village, Chintakali mandal in Khammam, Telangana, Shaikh Jaani initially ventured into Kirana business.
